Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Absolutely delicious. Pastry was really tasty Added 10 halved cherry tomatoes, 6 stalks asparagus, used a red onion I had and 7 eggs by mistake. Used light tasty cheese. Cooked for 10 mins longer. I'll be making this again.
Very easy and very delicious!!

Really lovely quiche
This quiche is so yum! Very easy to make and I bought pie weights especailly for this recipe (so worth it). So good to know it's made from scratch with no preservatives and additives was fun making the pastry. Will be my go to recipe for quiche!!
Yummy and easy! I used this recipe as a guide (made a quiche lorraine) Pastry absolutely perfect and the right amount of pastry and filling, no waste. Will be using this recipe over and over again.
I used filo pastry. Capsicum instead of zucchini. Sweet potato instead of carrot. Fresh sweetcorn cut from the cob, mushroom. Half the bacon. 1/2 leftover sausage. Really good - added 1/2 cup flour as suggested by someone else. Cooked for 3/4hr. Delicious.
Fantastic recipe, perfect amount of mixture and pastry for my large ceramic pie dish. Makes a huge, filling quiche. Thanks so much for sharing.
YUMMM thanks for sharing. Will be making this again. I added 1/2 C of flour in with the egg/milk mixture, i find that it holds together better doing this and isnt so watery.
Really tasty and super easy. Very pleased with my first ever attempt at making a quiche. Thanks Sally!
