I didn't know whether to add oil in step 2 to cook the spices.   I added a small amount of oil and the mix burnt the bottom of the Thermomix (although the food wasn't burnt) - took a while to clean up.  The flavours were fine and we used leftovers to make a soup which my husband, who doesn't enjoy Moroccan flavours, enjoyed.  Overall, quite nice.  Thank you for the recipe.

Thank you for sharing this very nice recipe. I just tried it today, very tasty! Did you use any oil at all when cooking the onion and celery? My apricots looked rather small so I doubled the quantity.
