- 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
- 2 teaspoons coriander seeds
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 3 green cardamon pods
- 20 grams olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, Peeled
- 1 green chilli, fresh, Chopped
- 2 tablespoons Continental Parsley, Chopped
- 1 brown onion, Peeled in half
- 1 carrot, Chopped in thirds
- 1 Can Three Bean Mix
- 1 can tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste

Place the Cumin, coriander, chilli and cardamom pods into a dry TM bowl.
Toast the seeds 100 degrees/ Speed 1 / 3 minutes. MC off.
Mill the spices Speed 10/1 minute, set aside.
Place the carrot,onion, garlic and chilli into the TM bowl.Chop 5 seconds / speed 7.
Add oil to the bowl, sauté, 100 degrees / 3 minutes / speed 1.
Add the spices, cook until fragrant, 100 degrees/ 1 minute/ speed 1.
Add three bean mix, tomatoes and tomato paste, cook 100 degrees /15 minutes /speed 1 "Counter-clockwise operation" .Place the simmering basket on the top of the Thermomix lid to stop splatter.
Serve with grated cheese, lettuce leaves, grated carrots, guacamole, sour cream and heated Tortillas.

Love this recipe, lots of flavour and easy to make.
Great recipe! Such full flavour the spices really shine through, i used to make this witha packet flavour sachet but found this recipe and it's far better!
