Ingredients

CREAMY TOM YUM ONE POT PASTA

  • 250 g spaghetti, Or any past of choice
  • 100 g onions, quartered
  • 4 pieces garlic cloves
  • 150 g large raw prawns
  • 100 g mushroom, field
  • 20 g Butter
  • 20 g olive oil
  • 3 leaves Kaffir lime leaves
  • 2 tbsp Tom Yum Sauce, also known as Tom Yum Paste
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 600 g water
  • 1 pieces tomato, diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Vegetable stock paste

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add garlic cloves and onion. Chop 7 seconds / speed 5
  2. Add butter & olive oil - Sauté 5 minutes / 120 degrees / Speed 1
  3. Add tom yum paste & kaffir lime leaves - Sauté 2 minutes / 120 degrees / Reverse - Speed 1
  4. Add water, whipping cream, diced tomato & chicken stock paste - Cook with measuring cup 10 minutes / 100 degrees / Reverse - Speed 1
  5. Open measuring cup, add salt - Cook for further 15 minutes / 100 degrees / Reverse - Speed 1 with measuring cup off.
  6. Add spaghetti through measuring cup and cook as per package. Mine was 10 minutes / 100 degrees / Reverse - Speed Spoon. In the last 5 minutes of cooking time, add prawns and mushroom. Cook pasta until al-dente. Add further 1-2 minutes if required.
  7. Let it stand in the mixing bowl for 2-3 minutes before serving. Add chilli flakes and parsley for garnish. ENJOY!!
