Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Flat leave parlsley, Can use dried1
  • 1 level teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 level teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 40 grams Butter
  • 6-8 --- Cup Mushrooms, Or mushrooms you like
  • 350 grams Aborio Rice
  • 700 grams water
  • 1 heaped tablespoon TM Chicken Stock paste or Vege Stock Paste
  • 500 grams chicken breast, Cubed
  • 2 heaped tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 heaped tablespoon Parmasen cheese grated

Recipe's preparation

    Risotto
  1. Add parsley to the bowl, and chop for 5 secs / Speed 6. Set aside.

    skip this step if using dried parsley,

    Add mushrooms, to bowl and chop for 5 secs on speed 5

    if you want chunky mushrooms slice by hand and add in the next step with the butter etc.

  2. Add butter, onion powder, garlic powder and saute for 2 mins / 100 degrees / Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" / Speed 1.

  3. Insert the Butterfly. Add rice, and 50g of the water and stock paste

    Saute for 2 mins / 100 degrees / Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" / Speed 1. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.

  4. Add the remaining water, and cubed chicken. Replace the MC with the simmering basket.

    Cook for 17 mins / 100 degrees / Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting" .

  5. Add sour cream, in small blobs. Add Parmesan cheese

     Add salt & pepper to taste?  you want I find its salty enough with stock paste etc.

    Mix for 5 secs / Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" / Speed 2-3.

  6. Place in Thermoserver, and let stand for approximately 10 mins.
