Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 10 grams olive oil
- 450 grams water
- 50 grams white wine
- 2 teaspoons Vegetable stock paste, heaped
- 300 grams cream
- 2 teaspoons seeded mustard
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 250 grams Penne Pasta
- 8 sundried tomatoes, sliced
- 20 kalamata olives, pitted
- 2 rashers shortcut bacon

1. Add garlic and olive oil to TM"Closed lid" . Chop 3 seconds/speed 6, then saute 4 minutes, 100 deg/speed 1.
2. Add water, white wine and vegetable stock paste, heat 8 minutes, 100deg/speed 1.
3. Add cream, seeded mustard, chicken breasts pasta, sundried tomatoes and kalamata olives. Cook for 15 minutes, 100 deg, "Gentle stir setting" speed "Counter-clockwise operation"
4. meanwhile, cook bacon in a pan with a bit of oil until crispy. Add to pasta mixture.
5. Place into thermoserver and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Top with Parmesan cheese if desired.
Tip
This was a recreation of our favourite restaurant dish. Bacon can be added in step 1 instead of cooking separately. Can be served with parmesan cheese and chopped spring onions if desired.

This recipe was so delicious!! I didn't have any bacon so subbed in Ham, used dijon mustard instead of seeded and I cooked the chicken in a pan while the pasta cooked and added it in at the end.

This is delicious! I doubled the recipe in a TM5, added an onion in with the garlic and did half cream and half greek yoghurt. I also cooked the chicken and bacon seperately in a fry pan and added to the dish when it was finished.
This is amazing! Left the olives out, used thigh filets and used semi dried tomatoes. Was so quick and easy and best of all it was cheap!
Great recipe, added sugar snap peas with 5 mins of cooking remaining for some greens and crunch!
