Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 10 g fresh Ginger, 1cm, Peeled
- 6 sprigs Freash Coriander (no roots)
- 2 shallots/spring onions
- 250 g cream cheese, cut up
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce
- 10-15 g Lime Juice (approx. ½ lime), Optional
- pinch salt, Optional

Place Garlic, Ginger, Coriander and Shallots/Spring Onions into TM bowl. Chop for 5 seconds on speed 7.
Scrape down sides of bowl and add remaining ingredients. Mix for 20 seconds (or until desired consistency is achieved) on speed 4–5. Ensure no lumps of cheese are left.
Serve with your choice of Vegetable Sticks & Crackers.
Can be made well ahead of time, store in a airtight container in the fridge.
Tip
TM5 can use the guided recipe on The Basic Cookbook Chip, just change & added ingredients.
