Lovely, just made a jar of blackberry jam. Favour really nice, so much better for you without sugar.
I found this recipe this morning when I was trying to find something to send to school with my daughter for pancake day (Shrove Tuesday). It was easy and quick and tasty!! Thanks for saving my forgetfulness!!
I have this one in the TMX right now Ive used what I had which is under ripe and ripe plums and some strawberries. I also made it up to 1kg of fruit and increased everything accordingly. So far it tastes very fresh and yummy!
