We made this recipe according to instructions. Unfortunately it was so lemony we couldn't taste anything else and ended up not eating it. We'll try again and taste as we go to reduce the lemon content.

10 out of 10 recipe! I used fresh broad beans and covered them with cold water in the first step. We ate it on sourdough, crackers and in wraps for dinner. Will definitely be making lots of this with my glut of broad beans.

I had a heap of frozen broad beans from my in-laws that I needed to get rid of before this year's crop was picked. Only 2 out of 5 of the family like eating broad beans so I thought i'd try this recipe for something different. Its ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I am one of the non-broad bean eaters and LOVE this dip! Super easy to make and delicious flavour!
