Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. 1. Place all ingreients into Closed lid"Closed lid" .

    2. Whizz together briefly, sp3/5 seconds. Scrape.

    3. Cook on sp2/ 60C 5 minutes, then up temp to Varoma/sp 2/15 minutes. MC off.

    4. Scrape as neccessary.

    MIxture should reduce by app 1/3rd and be slightly syrupy. It does thicken slightly on standing.

Tip

This is devine served over just about anything.

Cooked ham, chicken, pork, jacket/roast potatoes, steamed veggies.

A little goes a long way.

Makes about 1-1.5 cups.

    This is as good as store bought and a fraction of the cost - will be making this all tyhe time

    Nice easy dressing. I used 2 tablespoons of raw sugar (instead of caster) as all I had, plus the brown sugar. Still sweet enough for us. 15 min at varoma produced a very thick syrup. Next time I’d try 10-12mins as I want it a bit thinner to drizzle over salads etc.
