- 200 g Mushrooms sliced
- 1 spring onion
- 100 g Dry Red Wine
- 30g olive oil
- 400 g water
- 2 tablespoons TM vegetable stock concentrate
- pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoon plain flour
- 1 clove garlic

Place Spring Onion and Garlic into TM bowl and chop for 5 seconds on Speed 7
Add Oil and sauté for 3 mins at 100c on Speed 1
Add Mushrooms and sauté for 5 mins at Varoma temperature on Reverse Speed Soft
Add Wine, Stock, and Pepper
Cook for 30 mins at Varoma temperature on Reverse Speed Soft
In the last 3 mins add Plain Flour slowly through lid while on Reverse Speed 1 to the consistency you like. Add extra water at this stage to suit consistency.
