- 1 cloves garlic
- 1/4 onion
- 100 grams fresh lemon juice
- 100 grams water
- 180 grams honey
- 1 tablespoons braggs sauce or soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oragano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 pinch dried chilli flakes to taste, Optional

Put garlic and onion in bowl. Chop 3 sec/speed 6. Add all other ingrediants 20secs/rev/speed 4. Adjust according to preferred taste
Put into a salad jar or jar of choice. Will keep for 3 mths in fridge.
