I tried this with 1 orange 2 lemon 6 limes. Also cooked for 1 hour like another recipe i've done - came out perfect setting stage. I'm not a marmalade fan but do like the Roses brand lime marmalade but havn't had success on copying the recipe. My husband likes marmalade and i think this one passed the test!
Was far too watery after the cooking time. I ended up cooking for 20 mins more on Veroma 100, sp1.5, then it worked. It is too sweet for a marmalade I would suggest lowering the sugar, given that, it tastes Devine and is more like a citrus jam. I would also chop the fruit for longer in the beginning because it was still too chunky so I blended it for 5 seconds on speed 6 at the end. It really does taste delicious, I will make it again. Just with those changes.
