  • 2 level tsp sea salt
  • 1 heaped tablespoons madras curry powder

    Curried Apple, Date and Onion Chutney
  1. Place 3 gloves garlic, crushed & 12 g fresh gingerCounter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" 5 sec/speed 8
  2. Add 300 g brown onions, cut into quarters & 600 g - 4 medium green-skinned apples, peeled, cored and quartered Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" 4 sec/speed 8, scrape down sides.
  3. Place remaining ingredients 275 g dark brown sugar, 312 g malt vinegar, 150 g fresh dates, 1 tsp ground black pepper, 2 tsp sea salt, 1 tbsp madras curry paste, into mixing bowl and cook 40 min/100°C/speed 1.5
  4. Transfer into a sealable storage jar, then allow to cool before placing into the refrigerator until ready to use.
