Recipe's preparation

    Dipping Sauce
  1. 1. Add ginger, garlic & chilli - 10sec/sp5. Remove to small bowl.

    2. Add soy sauce and mirin.

    3. Adjust to desired taste with palm sugar and sesame oil

Tip

Serve with dumplings, spring rolls, on a asian salad, grilled meats, steamed vegetables, stirfry's etc

    If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.     What is mirin? Can I substitute with anything else and can I use brown sugar instead of palm sugar ?

    Delicious and simple. I used Tamari instead of soy sauce. Used as dipping sauce, then next day used in stir fry . Both a success, thank you.
