On fire!!!!!!!
Absolutely delicious! I used large chillies for the majority then about 50 g of birds eye hot chillies to make up the weight. This has the perfect heat for my family and I - still a very good bite!
I absolutely LOVE the lemongrass in it!
This has become a staple in my fridge and I will never buy it ever again. Fab recipe, thanks!
Hi, Could you please tell me how long this keeps for in the fridge? Thanks
I contacted the creator of the recipe she confirmed to add the vinegar at stage three with the chilli mix.
This made my eyes water while it was cooking. Soo fiery and wonderful. Use with caution!
Hi there,
how long will this last in an airtight container in fridge?

Hi Annie, Don't really know when it is supposed to be put in but........................ it works great putting it in the end with the salt. Hope this helps. P
