  • 1 can Chick peas (drained), 400g
  • 60 g lemon juice
  • 60 g tahini
  • 30 g water
  • 1 teaspoon cumin (ground)
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander (ground)
  • clove garlic
  • Salt and pepper
  • paprika, to serve

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in TM bowl. Mix 20sec/speed 7.

    Scrape down sides of bowl and mix further if needed.

    Add salt/pepper to taste.

    Sprinkle with paprika to serve 

Tip

Add more lemon/garlic/tahini to taste. 

Add more water if you want it runnier.

Serve with pita bread, vege sticks, biscuits or as an accompaniment.

    Enjoy how easy this recipe is. Flavour is excellent. I sometimes add a dash of honey for variation of flavour.

    I've made this dip a few times now. My whole family loves it. It tastes better if you leave it for an hour or so before eating it.

    I added 3 cloves garlic but was too garlicy for me but definitely will try again. Yum

    Nice but that amount of lemon a little over powering for us, we used at least 4-5 cloves of garlic, we also added a tsp of sesame oil. Very nice.
