- 400 g carrot, cut into approx 1cm thick slices
- 125 g cream cheese, (low fat is fine)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin
- 30 g parmesan
- salt/pepper, to taste

Place 500g water in bowl.
Place carrot (no need to peel) in basket and steam until soft approx 16min/varoma/"Gentle stir setting" Remove basket and discard water
grate parmesan 5 sec/speed 6
add garlic and chop 5 sec/speed 7
add cooked carrot, cream cheese, cumin and salt/pepper to taste and mix 10 sec/speed 7. Scrape down bowl and mix another 10 sec/speed 7 if needed.
Cool in fridge and serve with vege sticks/biscuits/pita chips.

Tip
Cut pita bread and grill to serve with it.
