- 65 grams Dijon mustard
- 80 grams honey
- 50 grams apple cider vinegar
- 60 grams olive oil
- 20 grams lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- to taste pepper, ground

- Add 65g dijon mustard to mixing bowl.
- Add 80g honey to mixing bowl.
- Add 50g apple cider vinegar to mixing bowl.
- Add 60g olive oil to mixing bowl.
- Add 20g lemon juice to mixing bowl.
- Add 1/2 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper to mixing bowl.
- "Blend" 30 seconds. Pour into a mason jar and store in fridge.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
