1. Place all ingredients in TM bowl

2. Sp 2, 90 degrees, 10 mins with MC removed (place basket on top to stop splatter)

Tip

* You can add 1 tsp maple essence for a stronger flavour

* You can buy maple essence in Australia from the O'Canada shop online
