- 1 465gm can red kidney beans, drained
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, cumin & coriander
- 4 tablespoons taco sauce, see recipe community
- 1/2 cup spring onions, thinly sliced
- chillie sauce, to desired taste
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon sour cream

Grate cheese 10 sec, speed 9 and set aside/
Mash kidney beans 5 secs, speed 4.
Put grated cheese back into bowl and add all other remaining ingredients except sour cream.
Cook on 100, speed 2, 4 mins.
garnish with sour cream and extra spring onions.
serve with corn chips
