- 1 bunch mint leaves, fresh, Rougly 10g
- 30 g white wine vinegar
- 30 g organic apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 dash water

Scrape down bowl & repeat if necessary.
Tip
You can always change the amount of water - vinegar to your liking

melanev: how much rice syrup and honey did you substitute in your mint sauce?
it was a thin sauce kind of like a salad dressing consistency rather than mint jelly if that's what you were thinking.

Easy to make and with simple ingrediants.
Could even put in nice bottles for Christmas gifts.
The consistency was very watery. I assumed it would be thicker so next time I would use less vinegar.
Made this sauce as per recipe and it is great.
Absolutely beautiful, I added 45 grams of bolsamic vinegar instead of 30 grams to give it a bit of kick and added enough hot water to make 220 grams to fit in the bottle I had...
Good recipe but did tweak it a little for our taste. I used malt vinegar (That what my Grandmother used to use) and added more mint for a stronger flavour. Thanks for the recipe.
