  1. Place all ingredients in the TM bowl & blend 5 seconds/speed 7.
    Scrape down bowl & repeat if necessary.

Tip

    it was a thin sauce kind of like a salad dressing consistency rather than mint jelly if that's what you were thinking.

    The consistency was very watery. I assumed it would be thicker so next time I would use less vinegar.

    Absolutely beautiful, I added 45 grams of bolsamic vinegar instead of 30 grams to give it a bit of kick and added enough hot water to make 220 grams to fit in the bottle I had...SmileCooking 1

    Good recipe but did tweak it a little for our taste. I used malt vinegar (That what my Grandmother used to use) and added more mint for a stronger flavour. Thanks for the recipe.
