Describe the preparation steps of your recipe
Put all ingredients into the bowl. Cook 8 min/70°C/speed 3.
Tip extra caramel into a container, leaving approx 100g, mix in 100g of previously made butter.
Great on toast, pancakes, scones - anything that can use a sweet topping!!
