- 50 gram ghee or oil
- 1 shallot
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 sprig Sage
- 1 sprig parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Wash liver, cut away any membrane
Place garlic, onion inTM bowl, chop 5sec speed 5. Add ghee cook 5mins, speed 2 100degrees
Add roughly chopped liver and herbs, chop 1 min, speed 7
Cook 4mins, 80 degrees, speed 3
Press pet into serving dish, allow to cool. Can melt ghee & pour over top to preserve longer.

This was amazing and so easy; I used 620g beef liver and did a second blend after it was cooked as well and I think that was a benefit 10/10!
My fussy 6 yo daughter absolutely loved this
Nice but I am still not a total Thermomix convert. I still prefer to cook onions and garlic in a frypan. For this I also brown the liver in the same frypan. Adding in a bit of kidney and heart. Offal fresh from the farm. I also added a whisked egg and some broken up white bread.
