Weigh our Manchego Cheese and cut into 1cm blocks, put in freezer for 1 hr
Wash basil leaves and dry them properly. Use a clean tea towel or a "salad dryer".Put in the mixing bowl Sheep Cheese Manchego frozen blocks, pine-seeds, garlic and basil. Mix 20 Sec. Speed 7.Add oil and salt. 20 Sec. Speed. 7.
Tip
Can be frozen in ice cub trays to add flavour to pasta sauce
Use as a dip, pasta sauce, stir through roast vegetables
Manchego is a firm cheese found in Woolworth Cheese Deli section in pre wrapped portions, in Coles Deli pre warpped or cut of a Wheel, most private delicatessen's
