  1. Place all ingredients into mixing bowl and pulse for 2-4 seconds until desired consistency is achieved.

Tip

I enjoy this dip chunky.  It is perfect to take along to a party.

    This is one of my absolute favourites!! We love it here  Love It's awesome on toasted Turkish bread for a snack too!

    This was lovely thanks.  I roasted the veg before hand and also added a 1/4  of a capsicum and swapped the parsely for corriander as it was all I had on hand.  Just turboed them all up 3 or 4 times.  Yummo

    This has great flavours! I roasted the pumpkin to bring out more flavour in it. Next time i wouldnt use ground almonds, but whizz whole almonds with the dip to add more texture to it.Everyone loved it though and have been asked for the recipe multiple times!
