  • 250 g cream cheese, Room temp / Small Cubes
  • 1 or 2 can Smoked Oysters, Drained, Depending on flavour strength
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • pinch salt, to Taste
  • pinch Freshly ground black pepper, to Taste
  • 1 level tablespoons Milk, for Consistency

Recipe's preparation

    Smoked Oyster Dip
  1. Combine ingrediances, Oysters, Cheese, Lemon Juice, Salt, Pepper 10 sec, 7 speed, scrape down, Repeat if necessary.

    Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting" 15 sec, add milk to make it a dipping consistency.

    Chill and serve with chips, crackers or celery & carrot sticks.

Cook's notes

Oven temperatures are for conventional; if using fan-forced (convection), reduce the temperature by 20˚C.

We use Australian tablespoons and cups: 1 teaspoon equals 5 ml; 1 tablespoon equals 20 ml; 1 cup equals 250 ml.

All herbs are fresh (unless specified) and cups are lightly packed.

All vegetables are medium size and peeled, unless specified.



All eggs are 55-60 g, unless specified.
