Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

I found this to be quite runny. Could it be the cream I used??? Bulla thickened Cream?
Amazing!! So much easier than some others I've come across and the whole family enjoyed it.
Thank you
Very Yummy Recipe
I chucked this together last minute, had no worchestershire sauce so just used tamari/soy sauce. didnt measure anything, free hand poured the cream as my scales are broken and Husband absolutley LOVED it. Best he's ever had.
Delicious!! Thanks for sharing.
Use this recipe all the time A+++ I pretty much know it off by heart lol 😆 If it is too runny I just Cook for a extra couple of minutes with the Mc off and let it stand a coupke of before u use it that thickens it up as well .
Awesome, will make this again! I like a thick gravy, this was very watery, 2 tablespoons of cornflower to thicken at the end on speed 5 for 10 seconds made it perfect.
This was delicious will definitely make again. However it was very watery so added a heaped tablespoon of cornflour at the end and then it was perfect.
This sauce is amazing!!!!! I LOVE it!!!
Everyone loved it. Will be making it again.
