I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Place flour, yeast, olive oil, water and pizza dried herbs in TM bowl and mix for 6 sec / speed 6
Knead dough "Dough mode" for 2 minutes "Dough mode"
Place dough in thermomat or an oiled bowl or plate
Put dough in cold oven and then turn oven to 40 degrees and leave until dough rises to about double the size.
Then turn oven to 180 degrees
Place cheese into TM bowl and grate for 10 sec / speed 8
Spread the Pizza Sauce over the dough thickly to the edges except for about 2cm of the top long edge
Sprinkle the cheese evenly across the dough
Line 2 baking trays with baking paper and spray with oil
Roll the dough into a sausage shape using the thermomat
Use a serrated knife to cut the roll about 3cm each time
Turn the roll to sit toppings up each time and place it on the baking tray about 2cm between each roll
Brush melted butter on top to and sprinkle with cheese if desired, I found it was fine with no extra cheese.
Place in the oven and leave for about 15 to 20 minutes or until golden
Enjoy straight out of the oven or defrosted at school

Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
