Pizza Sauce
- 400 g organic tinned tomatoes
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 bunch basil
- 1 bunch Sage
- 1 pinch Pepper & salt, to season

1. Grab your fine sieve and place over a bowl that covers it's diameter. Now pour the tinned tomoatoes into the sieve and let the liquid drain off.
2. While the lquid is draining off from the tomoatoes, peel your garlic cloves and add the herbs to the bowl of the Thermomix. Season with pepper and salt.
3. Add the tomatoes that have now drained from the liquid, place lid of thermomix onto machine and zap for 10 seconds on sp 8.
....and that's it!
You can alter the herbs for whatever you have on hand/in your garden. This sauce is enough for 1 batch of the pizza dough recipe from the EDC book - I can make 3 small and 2 large pizzas out of it.
This recipe could easily be doubled and refridgerated in a tight jar for up to a week but I have never bothered as I always make it fresh because it takes no time at all and is so easy and delicious! The rawness of the garlic cooks out when the pizza is cooking.
We like to top our pizzas with feta, olives, spinach & cherry tomatoes. YUM!
