Used apples instead of plums. Great flavour. Made 8 reused worchestershire bottles.

Cooking 9 This was a great way to use up a lot of ingredients that I had in the pantry. I replaced the plumbs with a plumb sauce that was made by a friend. Added golden syrup to the small amount of Molasses to make up the difference. I strained the mix when finished and have saved the solids to add to a beef stew.

  • 2bawallaby, can I confirm you just straight swapped 750g plum jam instead? Please & thank you 😊

I love this recipe. Made it then ran out so bought some. Never again. Making it right now. Using plum jam though as don't have any plums. Yum.

I too think this recipe is fantastic! Thank you so much. I halved the recipe and had to use majority of white vinegar. It was still beaut...delicious. And I also gave 5 stars but it's only showing 4?
