Ingredients
Low FODMAP Salsa
- 100 g red capsicum, (cut into pieces, 3 cm)
- 5 g coriander
- 10 g spring onion, (green part only)
- 400 g canned tomatoes, (drain half the juice out)
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic infused olive oil
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper, ground

- Add capsicum, coriander, spring onion to mixing bowl.
- Chop 2 seconds / speed 5. Scrape down sides.
- Add all other ingredients to the mixing bowl.
- Mix 10 second / speed 4. Repeat if required until desired consistency is reached.
- Optional: season with extra salt and pepper and/or lime.
Tip
Fresh tomatoes could be used when in season.
If you are not low FODMAP omit the garlic infused oil and spring onion and sub with a garlic clove and 1/2 red onion and chop in first step with capsicum and coriander

Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
