- 750 g potatoes, floury, Cut into cubes(2cm)
- 500 g water
- pinch salt, to taste, remember that potato absorbs a lot of salt.
- 1 teaspoon vegetable stock concentrate
- 50 g Butter
- 150 g Milk

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Add potatoes to steaming basket and add the water to the bowl.
Then cook 20/25min/Veroma/"Gentle stir setting" . Potatoes must be soft.
Once cooked, remove basket and discard water. Attach butterfly and add potatoes back into bowl.
add salt, stock, milk and butter. then 10seconds speed 4.
Serve immediatley and enjoy.

I love this recipe it is my go to I do only add 100ml of milk now tho and it is perfect for us.
This is the best mash ever. I don't use milk however. Goes to runny. I just add a good dob of butter with the butterfly and mix for 4 seconds. Scrape down the side and another 2 seconds and done.

Beautiful 500g potatos, lowered the milk & butter, 30g butter & 100ml milk. Beautiful, mix for a little longer than 10 seconds, to make sure no lumps.
