Ingredients
Chicken Kroketteu
- small bunch of parsley
- 300 g chicken, steamed
- 200 g cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 30 g flour
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- breadcrumbs

1. staem the chicken, set aside (you can steam it in the basket).
2. put the parsley and chop for 3secs on speed 8.
3. add all the ingriedients except the breadcrumbs and mix together for 30sec on speed 5 to a meat dough.
4. out enough breadcrumbs on a plate. form little balls out of the dough and roll them in the breadcrumbs.
5.fry them in a frypan with enough oil.

Tip
Instead of using steamed chicken try using fish instead.
