Ingredients

Coating

  • 80 grams All Bran Cereal
  • 30/40 grams parmasan cheese
  • flour, For coating
  • 1 egg, Well beaten

Thermomix

  • 250 grams chicken breast, Chopped into Cubes
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
  • 1 teaspoon Tomato ketchup
  • 80 grams cucumber, Chopped
  • pinch salt

Frying

  • sesame oil

Recipe's preparation

    'Crumbs'
  1. Add All Bran and Parmasan Cheese to Thermomix. 

    Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" Speed 7, 10-15 Seconds, to a Bread Crumb-like texture. 

    Transfer to Bowl. 

  2. Chicken Mince
  3. Add chopped Chicken, chopped Cucumber, Dried Thyme, Tomato Ketchup and Salt to Mixing Bowl. 

    Mince at Speed 7 for 8 Seconds. 

    Remove Lid and use Spatula to scrape down the sides. Repeat until you have a smooth texture. 

  4. Coatings
  5. Beat Egg very well and keep in a bowl. 

    Put Flour in a seperate Bowl. 

     

     

  6. Nuggets
  7. Using 2 Table Spoons, form your nuggets. 

    Cover in Flour and use hands for shaping. 

    Dip into beaten Egg. 

    Cover with All Bran & Parmasan mix. 

    Fry in Sesame Oil (or Oil of your choice) over low heat until firm. 

    Enjoy!
