Recipe's preparation

Cauliflower Mash is a healthy, low carb alternative to Mashed Potato
  1. Remove stalk of Cauliflower, roughly chop and add to Mixing Bowl, pulse on turbo 4 times, scrape down the sides.

Add water, garlic, light sour cream and butter cook for 12 mins, speed 1 at 100 degrees, stopping once to scrape down the sides and to add salt & pepper and chives.

    Serve immediately.

I couldn't tell the difference between this and regular Mashed Potato.

Absolutely loved this 'mash'. I also turned the speed up to 3 towards the end as I could see it wasn't breaking down enough. Also added in some more sour cream and parmesan tmrc_emoticons.)

This was just wonderful and even tastes better than potato!! I didn't have sour cream

so I used normal cream and added about 1/4 cup. Just delicious!

I also had to turn up the stir to 3 but that could have been because I had one large amount of cauliflower!

    Thank you.

I used ricotta instead of sour cream & normal butter & didn't have chives so put an extra clove of garlic, but this turned out great.
