Mlince Dough
Tip
"Mlinci" are a traditional Croatian side dish that is eaten with Christmas turkey or any roast dish.
Once you have roasted your turkey or any other roast dish keep pan juices.
To cook mlinci (a sort of pasta type dish): Break the mlinci into medium to large pieces (kids love doing this!)
Pour boiling water over the pieces and let stand for 5 mins allowing the dough to soften (see the pasta connection)
Drain well and then place in the pan with the roasting juices. Mix well, add salt if needed.
Serve with your Chritsmas Turkey! Sretan Bozic!
