Ingredients
Rice
- 400 g white rice
- 3 cups chicken stock, I use water and 2 tbs chicken stock paste
- 1.5 cups coconut milk, or Cream

Place rice into the rice basket and rinse the rice in cold water. Combine stock and coconut milk in the jug and then place the rice basket in the jug.
Place the lid on and set 20mins, varoma, speed 4.
Serve by pouring some cooking liquid on the the rice and fluffing through and the rest on some steamed veg.
Depending of the type of rice used you may want to reduce cooking time.
Tip
When I cook this I Steam Veg in the bottom layer of the varoma and chicken tenderloins or skewers in the top layer. Great all in one meal in 20 mins
