Place Parmesan into mixing bowl & grate 5 sec/speed 9. Transfer into a bowl & set aside.
Place Potatoes, Salt and milk into mixing bowl, insert measuring cup and cook 15 min/100°C/speed "Gentle stir setting" .
Add Butter & reserved Parmesan Cheese, insert measuring cup & mash 30sec/speed 3. Serve hot.

Tip
Pierce Potato with fork to ensure it is cooked before mashing.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. Omg - the best "whipped" potato ever! I didn't use Parmesan and had cooked the potato in a pot, then discovered my masher had broken- so then decided to use my Thermomix. Delicious.
