Sweet Potato Mash
- 2 sweet potato, Chopped
- 100 grams cream
- 220 grams Pineapple, tin pineapple
- 500 grams water
- 50 gram cheese

- Add 500 grams water to bowl
- Insert simmering basket
- Add chopped sweet potato to simmering basket
- Cook 20 minutes Varoma speed 1 or until sweet potato is cooked through
- Remove simmering basket with aid of spatula
- Empty water and place sweet potato, cream, pineapple in bowl
- Blend 30 seconds speed 5
- Pop mash in oven proof dish, sprinkle with cheese and bake in oven till cheese is melted

Serve with meat and vegetable.
