The flavours of this were nice...
But the herbs almost turned to mush. Speed or time may be too long. Weirdly it also hardly chopped the tomatoes! We ended up finishing the tomatoes by hand as we didn't want to blitz the herbs anymore.
i have a TM5 - not sure if this would make a difference? I am new to the thermomix world, so please enlighten me 😂
I tabouli salad, yum!!!. I often make Tabouli, but since I stopping eating grains I haven't been bothered to make it as its time consuming. Now I have a Thermomix I was able to make this in no time. Kept to the written recipe, but didn't use the bourghil. Thank you for sharing your recipe.
Love this recipe!!! I did use lemon juice instead of Lime, but followed the rest. Absolutely delicious. Family (including the teenagers) loved it. Thanks!!!
do you cook the quinoa the same as the borghal?
wow so easy - made this tonight - I used lemon and quinoa but like mentioned above I think it needed a little more seasoning. I used cumin and a little black pepper.
Next time, I would add more parsley, and less borghal for a 'greener' salad, but otherwise, it was great!
Great! I added a few spring onions and used lemon juice instead of lime juice. Also added cracked pepper and a bit of salt.
Great, well worth a try
