Recipe's preparation

  1. Dough mode"Dough mode" Chop onion, carrots, sweet potato for 10 seconds, speed 7.

  2. Add stock and water.

  3. Cook 20 mins, 100 degrees, speed 2

  4. Puree 1 minute, speed 9

  5. Add cream and stir through

Tip

Best served with Pizza Bianca. My family's favourite and my eaiest dinner !

    Super fast and easy to make!

    I love this soup. The whole family loves it too. So much that I’m making it again the next morning to send to school for their lunch x3.
    I added too much stock paste last night which made it too salty, so I doubled the cream and it was fine.

    Made this soup with pumpkin instead of sweet potato and a small cube of ginger. Delicious!! Served with parmesan cheese on top.

    I made two versions for a dinner party - one with onion and one without. I also offered coriander oil and sour cream as accompaniments. Thanks for the recipe. It is extremely easy to make and many variations would be possible. I think I will try adding some curry powder next time.
