- 1 clove garlic
- 1.5 litres water
- 2 heaped tbsp veggie stock paste
- Salt and pepper, To taste

Place garlic clove and onion in thermomix bowl and chop for 3 seconds/Speed 8
Slice leeks and place in thermomix with chopped garlic and onion and sauté for 3 mins on Varoma/Speed 1
Add potatoes, water and stock and cook for 15-20 min/100 degrees/Speed 1
Blend for 30 seconds on Speed 1, gradually increasing speed from 1 to 8 until desired consistency is achieved. Add salt and pepper to taste
Serve with crusty warm bread
