Ingredients

Dumplings

  • 180 grams fine semolina
  • 90 grams olive oil
  • 1 tsp Ground Coriander
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs

Soup

  • 200 grams leek, (can switch for a brown onion)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1500 grams water
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable stock paste
  • 120 grams mixed vegetables, frozen peas/carrot/corn

Recipe's preparation

    Dumplings
  1. Place small bowl on top of TM6 bowl/lid.
  2. Weigh in semolina, oil and add remaining Dumpling ingredients.
  3. Stir through thoroughly with a fork and set aside.
  4. Soup
  5. Add leek/Onion to bowl, chop for 5 seconds at speed 5.
  6. Add olive oil.
  7. Cook 3 minutes, varoma temp, speed 3.
  8. Insert Blade Cover.
  9. Add remaining soup ingredients and bring to boil.
    10 minutes, 100 degrees, speed 1.
  10. When boiling point is reached, reset cooking to
    1 hr, 100 degrees, speed 1.
  11. Remove measuring cup and using a teaspoon and dip into boiling water, then scoop dumpling mixture using the long edge of the teaspoon, gently into the water. Continue until all mixture has been added.
  12. Reduce speed to slow and replace measuring cup.

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
