Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Great quick soup recipe, that doesn't require tomatoes.
I didn't have any soup mix so used red lentils, added peas and (in the reviews) Italian herbs.
Thank you for sharing it
great recipe thanks for sharing, quick and simple to make also added some broccoli, is now my go to favourit
Love this, soooo delicious. I too added broccoli, stems too, and also some bone broth powder for extra flavour and nutrients....will definitely be making this my go-to veggie soup recipe!
This was so delicious I added a bit of ginger and turmeric for some extra goodness. Thank you
Really easy & delicious! Reduced water to 800grams & it was perfect!
A great healthy soup. I also added broccoli and served it topped with parsely.
Excellent soup. Easy to make, economical and tasty. If you like a thicker soup, once the soup is made blend half the vegetables and put back into the soup.
Thank you for a very tasty and healthy soup that’s quick and easy to make. Like others have commented, I added broccoli. Used a pearly barley, red lentil and green lentil mix.
Nice and filling. I added chilli, broccoli and some Italian herbs to boost the flavour a bit. I also blended at the end because I didn't cut the veges properly. I think it would have looked better with chunks like yours, I would have enjoyed the texture as well... next time. I will definitely make it again.
Thanks for sharing.
Delicious soup and super easy. I added some broccoli to mine 👌
