Hi, I followed the recipe but the soup ended up super thick as the noodles were fully blended into the mix after 20 mins. Does this sound correct? Thankstmrc_emoticons.-)

This is my go to Chicken noodle soup! I use 400g of frozen corn kernels instead of canned and wiz it up with the rest of the veggies. Yum!!

Thanks for the delicious recipe! My daughter ate all of her kindy lunch for the first time ever when I sent this soup (with  a couple of subs) in a thermos. She is gluten free so I put half a cup of rice in place of the egg noodle, increased water to 1000g and cooking time to 30 minutes. It was a winner. I've made it twice now and threw in fresh corn sliced off the cob (2 of those trimmed ones you get in the supermarket) with the carrot and celery prior to chopping when I didn't have a can of crammed corn and it worked just as well too.

    Thanks again.
