Ingredients
Leek, Cabbage, Cannellini & Zucchini Soup
- 150 grams leek, roughly chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 onion
- 250 grams cabbage, roughly chopped
- 2 Zucchinis, roughly chopped
- 1 can Cannellini Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1-2 tablespoons Vegetable stock paste
- 700 grams water

1. Place leek, onion, and garlic in bowl and chop for 5 seconds, speed 5. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
2. Add olive oil and saute for 5 minutes, 100C, speed 1.
3. Add all ingredients to TM Bowl. Cook for 12 minutes at 100 degrees, reverse speed 1
4. Blend for 40 seconds, starting at speed 5, gradually increase to speed 9
Season with salt & pepper to taste
Tip
Lovely with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of grated parmesan.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
