- 3 clove garlic
- 1 can Diced Italian Tomatoes
- 375ml fish stock
- pinch saffron thread
- 1 dried bay leaf
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon rind
- 1kg Fish or mixed Seafood
- 2 tablespoons Finley Chopped fresh Basil
- black pepper
- 30 grams olive oil

Add Onion, Capsicum and Garlic to mixing bowl chop for 4 sec on speed 4, then scarp down side and repeat.
Add Olive Oil and saute for 4 minutes,100c on speed 1
Add the tomato,fish stock,Saffron,Bay Leaf and Lemon rind for 5 minute,100c on speed"Counter-clockwise operation" ,if still too waterly cook for one more minute.
Add Fish or seafood and cook for 5 minutes,100c on speed 1 "Counter-clockwise operation" .
Spinkle with Basil and Season with Pepper
