- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon Curry, I used Keens
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- olive oil
- 50 gram stock paste, can use Chicken or Vegetable
- 650 gram water
- 300ml cream
- Chopped Chives, to serve
- Sour Cream, to serve

- 1. Pre heat oven to 200 degrees
2. Cut pumpkin into 3cm slices and arrange in single layer on a tray, leave skin on
3. Sprinkle over Turmeric, Garam Masala, Curry Power, Cumin, Salt, Pepper
4. Take skin off onions and chop in half, place the halves in between the pumpkin
5. Put peeled garlic cloves and rosemary in between slices of pumpkin
6. Drizzle over olive oil, place in oven and cook 1 hour until pumpkin and onions are golden brown
7. Take skin off pumpkin and place the flesh, onions, rosemary, garlic and juices from pan into the thermomix and blend speed 9 for 30 seconds (Start at speed 5 and gradually work your way up)
8. Add stock paste and water and mix 10 seconds speed 4 to combine.
9. Cook 15 mins, temp 100 speed 3 MC on
10. When there is 5 minutes to go pour the cream through the hole in the lid
11. Mix 20 seconds speed 6
12. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and freshly chopped chives
