Such a great soup! I think next time I might just put 2 potatoes in, rather than 3 as I found was too thick with 3! My 14 month old especially loved the soup, wanted more and more tmrc_emoticons.)

I love smoked salmon but wasn't too happy with this soup. I chose the cornflour option instead of potatoes which may have been my downfall... Soup was good but not great.

Such a lovely starter.  I also only used 2 medium potatoes based on previous comments tmrc_emoticons.)

This is now a regular in our house, we absolutely love it! I use 2 cooked potatoes as I find 3 makes it too thick. Definitely a favourite! I've also shared it on my Thermie FB page, here's the link:

I didn't have smoked salmon so used a portion of salmon and substituted golden sweet potato instead of potato,   Added onion and 6 cherry tomatoes instead of tomato paste, also added basil and mint sprigs

    Delicious!

Absolutely beautiful!!! Possibly will only use 2 potatoes next time as it was a little thick, but a massive hit!!

Wow, this soup is absolutely gorgeous! Got to be one of the best I've ever tasted. I substituted whizzed up red capsicum for the tomato paste as my Dad dislikes tomato.. still beautiful! Definitely tastes restaurant quality, yet so quick and easy. Thankyou so much for sharing the recipe! tmrc_emoticons.)

Absolutely LOVE this soup.  It is so scrummy - thank you!  Tried it for the first time at our Cooking Class last night - lots of lovely compliments from customers.  I am looking forward to using this as the sauce for some steamed salmon and veggies! Can't wait to try it!
